Though for most people getting active can be a hard thing. There are many things that you can do to help yourself in getting active. Even as simple as walking is the simplest way to start in getting active. It doesn't cost a dime and it's easy and safe! There is also other things that you can do to help yourself get off your lazy bum.
Do house yourself instead of hiring someone to do it
Go for walk before breakfast and after dinner
Instead of driving to the corner store bike or walk there
Stand up while talking on the phone
Walk the dog
When watching TV don't lye down; sit up or ride a stationary bike while watching TV.
